If I could rate this place higher than a 10 I would. I was AMAZED by how financially friendly it was and how friendly everyone was. Hot Tub and pool were amazing.

The staff is amazing! The facility is newly renovated & very clean rooms. We were on the river with a beautiful view. This was affordable & a wonderful stay. We will be back next time we visit the Smokies!

We stayed in a villa with a hot tub. It was a lovely spacious apartment in a great location. We loved the hot tub and the balcony. It was very close to Cades Coves and the GSMNP. The onsite Dancing Bear restaurant was exceptional! All of the staff were very friendly and helpful.
