My stay was absolutely magnificent! The property was stunning, beautifully decorated, spotless, and incredibly comfortable. Every detail, from the breathtaking garden views to the well kept amenities, made it feel truly special and memorable. The host went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. This was one of the most memorable stays I’ve ever had especially considering the amount of effort put into the nature which is on the premises. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a magnificent getaway.

The luxury rooms have lots of maintenance to be done. Bathroom floors had pieces on the edge between laminated and tiled floors missing. No hot water at night. No hand towels available. No complimentary shampoo or body wash and no milk for your coffee. Tiles in bathroom full of stickers not properly removed. Bath Taps have missing tiles. Light fitting bees. No aircons and lodge staff lock the rooms off from main kitchen and lounge. Property needs maintenance done loose or broken tiles and edging. Staff not welcoming. Smaller bedrooms with no bathrooms very unpleasant anesthetics. Curtain rails falling of. Shared bathroom bad shower water leak. No air freshener, no soap no shower gel or shampoo and no hand towels or bath mats. Loose toilet in luxury rooms and shared bathroom. Spaghetti mop just left there. The property could be amazing if more welcoming and maintenance completed in rooms and add some aesthetically pleasing touches. Needs aircons and need the above items to complete a nice stay. Advertising luxury but no luxury at this lodge.

Room was spacious and clean, bed was comfortable, parking available on site, AC and heating worked as it should, Host was more than happy to cater for dietary requirements for breakfast, all the staff are friendly, excellent value for money, Ample sockets, powerful showers - nice hot water

food definately not great ordered a platter rib and chicken wings for R400 85 percent of the plate was chips, also the ribs were cold and the chips were hot, which makes me believe my orde3r ws standing for awhile, we waited over 1 and a half hours for service. the food was not chef standards at the cost that they were charging. We only ate there as we had just done a long journey and did not want to venture out as we were tired. otherwise the staff and rooms were lovely, location lovely
