Outstanding. The staff is exceptional. Our guide, Hein, is one of the best I've ever seen. We had a family from Taiwan with us. Hein did everything possible to give the 4 year old boy an unforgettable experience. For all staff, nothing is too much and they all assist with a smile. This was one of our best lodge experiences. The place was excellent for what we intended it for - a few days to breakaway as a family and spend some time in the peace and quiet of the bush. It had everything we needed, a great boma area for the evenings to braai and sit around the fire. An excellent "living area" for the kids to play table tennis and other games.
