The lodge is beautiful, in touch with nature all around it. Our lodge had views to the water hole where lots of animals drank water, we could see elephants through our window, it was wonderful. The ranger (Elliot) took us in amazing safari game drives around the park twice a day. The staff is so friendly and helpful, the food is delicious. We totally loved it! Can’t wait to go back

What a place! I could honestly go on forever about how amazing Madikwe Hills Private Game Lodge is! We were return travelers and had another truly incredible stay. From stunningly beautiful rooms, wonderful and very friendly staff, absolutely amazing wildlife and delicious food- nothing is short of perfect. We just wish we stayed longer! We will definitely be back!

The knowledgeable and passionate game ranger (Willem) provided a wealth of information about the wildlife and their habitats, making each drive an educational and thrilling experience. The encounters with the magnificent animals in their natural habitat were truly awe-inspiring and left us with memories that will last a lifetime. The Boma evening was a truly memorable experience. The traditional setting, the crackling fire, and the delicious food made for an authentic and enjoyable evening. It offered a unique opportunity to connect with other guests and share stories while immersing ourselves in the rich African culture. The food and beverage offerings at Rhulani were exceptional. Exceptional Safari Lodge! Amazing staff and mind blowing rides twice daily. Godfrey was an amazing driver. The food is delicious. We also had a chance to visit the local village which was really interesting. Buffalo Ridge is simply one of the best places we have ever visited. We were very sad to leave. Highly recommended.
