Convenient location, easy to find. Sean the owner was a great host and kept in contact prior to my arrival. I was late to check in but ensured I had food from the restaurant when I arrived. Allowed a slightly later check out and time to chill before I was collected by the group I was joining Great value for money, comfortable room, social space, bar and restaurant. Food was great value for money too. Staff were welcoming and helpful. If I’m in the area again will stay again.

It truly is an amazing place and Suzette and Tim are super friendly hosts who gave us a warm welcome. It’s pure luxury in a unique game reserve. We had wonderful game drives with Tim. Who knows so much of the animals and their ways.

Staff, facilities and food exceeded our expectations. The resort was truly impressive. The rooms were fantastic and the communal areas excellent. The game rangers were brilliant and the amount of very close big 5 viewings was extraordinary. Seeing a cheetah mum and her cub was the highlight, but the volume of game within Thanda makes it a great place to see lots of animals very close up.
