The location was perfect! Away from the crowds. Very quiet and private. The staff were amazing, so accommodating and chatty. Food and snacks were superb (thank you to the brilliant staff in the kitchen behind the scenes), we never went hungry! A nice touch was the evening animal stories that were printed out and laid on the beds with the chocolates on pillows. Enjoyed the stories.

Outstanding. The staff is exceptional. Our guide, Hein, is one of the best I've ever seen. We had a family from Taiwan with us. Hein did everything possible to give the 4 year old boy an unforgettable experience. For all staff, nothing is too much and they all assist with a smile. This was one of our best lodge experiences.
