Great location, everything close by. There is a café in the ground floor and a supermarket opposite the hotel. We took the metro train and bus to commute which are located within walking distance. Other day trips can be arranged very easily from the tour guide who is at the reception area. We booked a boat trip and a red dunes Safari desert trip which shouldn’t be missed when visiting Dubai. I will definitely stay here again when I come next time

Multiple sources of entertainment for kids of all ages. Kinds enjoyed the water park, the entertainment zone, club safari. The food served at the restaurant was amazing. The beach is neat an clean. Overall a very good stay for family.

The staff was very kind , especially the cleaner guy Sabin and the girl that was cleaning with him . Very clean and tidy room every day . Also the staff from the breakfast was very pleasant . Big variety of breakfast and coffee. Sadiq who is responsible for the activities you can do,such is safari is very helpful

Perfectly located in the heart of the city. Metro station is right in front of the facility you're just few stops away from all the attractions like dubai mall museum of the future and everything. The staff is really helpful. You should book your safari tour with the travel stuff at the reception.safari was perfect They're really great with customers and helpful in every way. Place is a little outdated but if you want to be close all the attractions this is the place you should stay with the best price performance.

Good breakfast. We stayed in a room with a view toward Burj Al Arab. Big supermarket just around the corner. Bus station nearby. Metro station in walking distance. The staff is very helpful and could book various trips including safari or free shuttle bus to the beach.

Everything in a single word. The team from reception, the rooms very clean, amazing view, food breakfast and not only very fresh and tasty. You have the opportunity to travel in safari, Abu Dhabi and other experiences from hotel agency. The pool and gym also.

i really like the way the staff is nice and warming, you feel in family. the overall stay was great and that is why i ll lodge their again when i am in Dubai.

location is best, many restaurants near by, beach is 5 minutes away from apartment. host is very helpful apartment is very clean and tidy! everything you need is available in the apartment we tried safari tour and burj khalifa tours with them and it was really good

The whole idea of the hotel in the middle of Dubai is fantastic. it feels like you’re in ski lodges in the middle of Dubai heat.
