The privacy and bush surrounds of our little cabin was teaming with wildlife - birds including gang gang cockatoos, rosellas and bower birds; kangaroos and wallabies. Spacious room, rain shower and verandah equalled ‘relaxation’. Unfortunately we didn’t get to use the fireplace. (We stayed in a studio- one bed/living room, tea/coffee, microwave, fridge.

Feathertop Alpine Lodge is located in Falls Creek and offers a convenient ski-in, ski-out location on the mountain. It is situated just 40 metres from the side of the 'Falls Express' chair lift which provides easy access to the Ski School and other lifts. Lovely family run business, great vibe and friendly staff, we loved it! Dannie and Steven were super helpful and even gave a us a lift down to the first chair every day as we came in spring and the village wasn't covered in snow Recommend the dinner at the restaurant, the food was delicious great position in the village

Most rooms at the property feature a hot tub for you to relax in. The breakfast supplied was great, great coffee machine, spa was awesome. Loved the loft room. The contact was excellent.

Summit Ridge Lodge is a 15-minute walk from Rocky Valley Dam and a 5-minute drive from Falls Creek Country Club. Albury is a 90-minute drive away. Wonderful buffet breakfast included each morning. Great drying room for ski gear. Wonderful dinner option for A la Carte or degustation (sticky date was the best!). Incredible mountain Summit views through all 3 windows, and well-heated room and bathroom. It was so easy to ski-in and out of the accommodation, and within 50m walking distance to many nice restaurants and bars at night.
