The only thing is, the railway is next to the house. Could be loud, but if you go for surfing is like an alarm to wake up and move your body:)

Located in a breathtaking locale, the warm hospitality from the staff, Malin (the manager), Sudeera and Sarath, made our experience exceptional. Malin treated us to a nutritious breakfasts featuring fresh fruits, omelet, bread, and spreads. The standout was the exceptional coffee, arguably the best we've had in Sri Lanka. Although the hotel doesn't have a restaurant, Pink Elephant in Unawatuna delivers meals promptly at reasonable prices. The option to use the kitchen for personal cooking is also available. Situated approximately three kilometers from Habaraduwa, the hotel provides easy access to essentials like Cargills, restaurants, and the beach. We opted for scooters from Easy Bike, but the staff is more than willing to arrange tuktuks for convenient transportation. For those seeking a relaxing escape in the South Province of Sri Lanka, we wholeheartedly recommend Samalanka Boutique Hotel!

À la carte and continental breakfast options are available at the lodge. Absolutely amazing people. Ive stayed couple of days and then came back during the same trip before leaving the Island. Kindness above the ceiling. Very warm and welcoming people! Samitha even showed me a lots of places around! If you planning a trip to the South or around this area definitely stop by for some days. If you travel by yourself you can play with Dixie (6y old golden retriever) and you will forget all the worries. Very comfy, spacious rooms with a Nice view of nature. Sooo much nature around. I recommend to rent a scooter in Ahangama as it is 15 minute drive from the beach side. They can cook at home anything you would like to try (even Chinese food) and it is better than any restaurant Ive tried in Sri Lanka so far! Nothing else I can say just Thank you, thank you & thank you!

Both WiFi and private parking are available at the lodge free of charge. The accommodation met all our expectations. The owners and the staff were very nice, kind, helpful and friendly. We had a great time here. Everyone took very good care of us and made our stay as cozy as possible. Nothing was a problem for them. The accommodation is very clean, with air conditioning and above-standard toiletries. The pool is always clean and refreshing. You definitely have to try the restaurant because the chef is an absolute pro and we haven't had such a good meal in a long time. Portions are huge. Thank you for all your care and your profesionality. Such a georgeous, safe, lovely and amazing place.

The owners do everything possible to fulfil your needs and wishes, may it be for meals or drinks or organisation of trips. The Place is very quiet, clean and located in a Small Street just a Couple of Minutes walk away from the Ocean. the Beach is amazingly clean, long and has a Turtle Conservation project close by. I really enjoyed staying in Ahungalla at Oceans pearl for a couple of days and will definitely be back.
