Staff asked regularly if we wanted them to clean the rooms. The staff helped us order taxi's and helped with luggage even in torrential rain. Very friendly service. We felt really well looked after. The breakfast was plentiful and tasty. Woke up to the sound of Monkeys playing in the trees outside the room everyday. Very peaceful and relaxing.

Teluk Ketapang Beach is 1.2 km from the lodge. Overall, we had an amazing time there. Very Clean rooms. Location-wise, the chalet was just a few steps away from the beach and there are multiple restaurants nearby. The chalet has a lot of potentials. Maybe can improve the interior (as simple as standardise the bedsheets and curtains), and exterior - paint it with bright colours so it looks lively. Just my two cents :)
