The lodge is spacious with a nice terrace outside the restaurant overlooking a pond and grass field with nice bird life and even regular visits by ostrich. The food was good and the staff were all amazing. The room in my bungalow was spacious and beautifully designed. The place has its own wildlife farm and organize 2 hour safaris four times a day - you will see lots of antelope (springbok, sable antelope, impala, oryx) giraffe, zebra, ostrich and even rhinos.

Located on a desert reserve between Sesriem and Solitaire, Soft Adventure Camp offers chalet accommodation for nature enthusiasts, just 30 minutes drive away from Namib-Naukluft National Park.

The Camp's dining area is nicely located on a hill. Meals have to be booked at least 24 hours in advance. They will be served at either Namib Naukluft Lodge or Soft Adventure Camp. Was given a free upgrade. Great surroundings. Spacious rooms with great view though you might be disturbed by the gophers when you step out to the porch. Lovely products and dinner. When putting the name into GPS remember to put in Namib Naukloft Lodge. "Soft adventure camp" will lead you way way offroad.

Auas Safari Lodge is situated 45 km outside of Windhoek. Guests can explore the wildlife surrounding them on daily game drives, guided hiking trails and bird watching expeditions.

Each room features a private terrace and is equipped with tea-and-coffee-making facilities. The private bathroom has a shower. The lodge is within an hours drive from Windhoek, so perfect for a weekend getaway. The staff is extremely accommodating for anything you need. Highly recommend the safari drive, and the spa massage. I could go walking into the reserve, which was brilliant.

The restaurant at Rostock Ritz Desert Lodge offers guests the choice of an à la carte menu for lunch and dinner or a set 3-course meal. Guests are offered a variety of meat, fish, pasta and vegetarian dishes. It's such a stunning little oasis in the desert, with a lovely pool area and really cute, domed-shaped accommodation pods. The staff were really lovely and helpful. It's a calming experience visiting.

Freshly squeezed juice, homemade breads, fruits—you name it, it was there.
