For those of us who love a dry landscape this Lodge not only provided exceptional service but a building that blended with the landscape and facilities that allowed you to appreciate the landscape. We loved everything about our stay here… the staff were attentive as well as being warm and friendly, the attention to detail in the rooms was outstanding (loved the shower with a view), and the atmosphere created by the interior design reflected Namibia. In short “We loved it”!

Guests at the lodge can enjoy a buffet breakfast. At Twyfelfontein Adventure Camp you will find a restaurant serving African, Grill BBQ and South African cuisine. Vegetarian, dairy-free and gluten-free options can also be requested. Wow! Wow! Wow! I think this was one of my top 5 stays! Everything was perfect! Service was incredible. Sundowner was lovely. Elephants were just WOW! Loads of bugs, be prepared. It is deep in the wilderness! The pool was a lovely way to cool off in the afternoons! Dinner was divine! We left early on the morning of check out and they prepared the most spectacular box of snacks and a sandwich for us. Thank you for an amazing time!

Located in Damaraland, Huab Lodge & BushSPA is surrounded by lush vegetation. It features a swimming pool and a natural thermal spring. It has a bar and offers free Wi-Fi and free parking.

Each bungalow at the Huab Lodge features a private veranda overlooking the area and hills. They all have a private bathroom with twin basins and views from the shower. All of them have thatched roofs and typical African decoration. Wow, this was a really great experience! It's a beautiful lodge, very deep into nature. We did the day into the riverbed to spot desert-adapted elephants. Ut was such a great experience! It started with: "It's 200km of nature from here to the ocean". We were lucky to find elephants, but also enjoyed the trip and surroundings very much, and the way the owner took us along everything he knows about the valley. Very much worth the trip! On a totally different level, we had some car problems with the battery. They owner plus the maintenance manager of the property fixed everything: "No worries, you guys have vacation, we'll fix it, you will be able to drive again tomorrow". Next morning, they had found that both our batteries were dead and had replaced it with a spare one from the owners car! Also good to mention, all the staff is great, and we had lovely meals. As one of the staff members said: "I like to work here, it's not a place where they want to make profits, everything is put back into preserving the elephants ", and that is how it felt very much for us.
