Excellent facilities. Great selection of toiletries available. Our check in was excellent , we had contact via email and in person. A lovely helpful female staff member was very friendly and assisted us throughout the process as did the staff member who emailed me and answered my questions. Very good hotel! Very large and spacious suite, large bed and spa bath. Excellent stay.

Great place to see. Absolutely huge room by Japanese standards and even Australian. The bathroom has a separate toilet, separate wash basin area and another room with its own jacuzzi and sauna. Amazing! It was also a smoking room with a window that opened wide and breakfast was great too. And to top it all off the check out time is 3pm. Best hotel I stayed at in all of Japan and it was the lowest price of all of them. If staying in Himeji this is 100% the place to stay.

The hotel is pretty clean. The room was big and well equipped. You can enjoy to stay at that place with your lover or just with friends. It's well adapted to both situation! The breakfast served in the room is a real advantage! I will recommend to everyone to try that hotel!
