I was pleased with the fact that the receptionist spoke my language, it's awesome as they have staff from several countries. Nice little touch.
The room was quite big and had a good quality TV as well as space to work and study
It's a 5 minutes walk from bus stops to city center and elsewhere, as well as the Al Ain shopping mall

The room was very clean . Swimming pool was very nice and temperature controlled, kids can enjoy the slides. Finally the staffs!! They were very helpful and welcoming. Mr Mustafa , the manager was very friendly. We received a warm hosting and service at the restaurant by Mr Ramesh , Shenal and Prakshya , The chefs Mr Priyesh and Chavinda are just amazing . The facilities such as the Pools, kids play area and gym are fantastic. The staff are truly amazing, they all went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. In particular, Mohammad on reception (GM), the staff in the breakfast/ dining hall such as Ritu, Rajesh, the Head Chef and Priya were very friendly and welcoming.
