I was quite sceptical since the place was a bit away from the centre of the city. But this is definitely something I'd recommend. 10/10 for the warmth of the staff and also for the facilities. The kitchen, the bath area, the hall, and the rooms were separated, and the pool was right at the centre between the areas. Special mention to Ms. Anita, for guiding us along the way and to the caregiver of the farm Jubail, who was very warm to all of us. Just make sure to keep your sunscreens on if you are going during summers. This place is a definite YES during the winters.

Dear all, It was a facinating experience. Theme parks, hotel, restraurant was amazing. I have to mention two personel specially: Beyaz from reception: Doing job and performing perfectness are different and she teach us in both ways. Even a person in reception can change whole experience. She never leave us alone and solved all the things coming through. Finally she prensent a small surprise to our boy that makes his day. Thanks Beyaz for all your hospitality, kindness and amazing experience. Gary from sidekick: I don't know where to start. An open buffet experience can not much personalized. He appeared suddenly to cook us a special soup as his speciality. I have never tasted something that special. I also provided information about my diettery needs that arr crutial for me. He also provided more meals special for us. Thanks Gary for all your hospitality, delicious food and good heart.

Awesome villa! Khalid and the staff were super kind, attentive, and supportive throughout our stay. We had a one-night stay, and it was truly the most amazing experience — we wish we could have stayed longer! The villa was spotless, spacious, and beautifully decorated with thoughtful touches that made it feel like a home away from home. The atmosphere was very peaceful and relaxing, perfect for unwinding and spending quality time with family or friends. The community was friendly and cozy, and we felt very safe and welcomed from the moment we arrived. The location is also perfect — close to Yas Mall, Yas Marina, theme parks, and other entertainment and recreational facilities on Yas Island, making it super convenient for shopping, dining, and exploring. We genuinely appreciated the extra care and hospitality shown by Khalid and his team. They went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. My family and I loved Rishnee's place. The location was exceptional as it is close to the Yas Beach with direct access, close to the Yas Marinar, and close to the Yas Mall and the theme parks. Roshnee was very helpful with information and very responsive and flexible to help. A great host. If I do visit Abu Dhabi again I will stay there if available.
