The staff was incredibly polite and nice! And the hotel was super clean which is a green flag for me! Although it would be nice to have a few more spa procedures included such as masssage etc, I loved everything they offered! Especially the treatments in the physiotherapy room were amazing! Hats off to Ani for bein a real professional! The gym inside the hotel was very well-equipped, and the trainer was very attentive to make sure you're doing everything correctly! I appreciate how kind and helpful Tatev from the reception was! Amazing service from everyone!

    Very nice and helpful staff, very nice room, comfortable beds, free parking, nice location, amazing swming pool and warm jacuzzi, modern facilities, hotel was luxury. The best was the staff on the bar which prepared for us some stuff and delivered it even to our room!

    Once in a lifetime experience, specially for a westerner. We were teleported into Soviet era sanitarium experience but with absolutely modern and luxurious facilities. The whole experience was pleasantly absurd, if that makes sense.
