The staff are so friendly and welcoming, nothing is ever a problem! Beds are so comfy, bathrooms are spacious, the flavoured water in the lobby is always such a wonderful amenity, and its in the perfect location if you are shopping or attending a show (or both!). The views from our room were amazing as well.

Amazing hotel! Directly located at the train station so we didn‘t have to walk even 10 meters with our heavy suitcases. 15min walk from opera house, the park and everything. Cute breakfast placec around the corner. The bed was the highlight! Big and comfy, we loved it.

The view from the room was fantastic. We woke up every morning to see the bustling harbor, which was something new for us. The hotel was near to many great places to visit, and getting around was easy. Overall, it was great, we will definitely stay again next time we are in Sydney.
