Staff are all very friendly and seems pleased to answer any and all questions, our room was only a short walk from the venue for the concert, all in all I would say if you aren't from Vancouver this is the #1 stop for anything to do with BC Place. 10/10 experience.

The owner and staff were extremely helpful in suggesting restaurants/local cafes. My baggage was delayed and they really helped me out. Felt like a home away from home and extremely comfortable! High quality fixtures/appliances. The shower was gorgeous. The bottle of welcome vino was a great touch and much appreciated.
