The room was lovely. It was clean, comfortable with an amazing view from the balcony. We had exceptional service from all staff without exception. Some people might say that the hotel is expensive but in my opinion it is well worth the cost. Our only regret is that we didn't stay for longer!!

    The view overlooking Lake Geneva is exceptional, so be sure to book a room with balcony on the lakeside. Our room was on the top floor with 2 balconies on the front overlooking the lake, and 2 balconies on the side. It was very large, with an equally large bathroom. The entire hotel is superbly decorated and elegant. The staff was outstanding in every respect, from the doormen and valets, to the reception and concierge, to the restaurant staff, as well as housekeeping. The restaurant was delightful with an interesting menu.

    Everything about this hotel is perfection. Staff are the perfect balance of warm and welcoming professionalism, whether at the front desk, the restaurant, cocktail bar or at breakfast. Amazing view, lovely room, top notch breakfast, even the room service was outstanding. This is by far the best hotel stay I have had in Switzerland.
