It was very convenient for the bus and train, very well equipped and beautifully furnished. The balcony was very large. A perfect place to stay.

The complimentary breakfast was very good. They give each guest freshly squeezed orange juice, it was fantastic! Specialty coffee and tea are also included, and so is made-to-order pancakes, omelette and waffles. Aline at the front desk was extremely helpful, she checked me in upon my arrival and gave me the room, even though it was only 1pm. She also gave me a walking map of Zurich and marked out the specific places I wanted to visit. She also offered to store my luggage after I checked out, and offered me a complimentary bottle of drinking water.
