The boss said their hotel offers one-on-one butler service. That's right, you will receive a warm reminder from the hotel a few days before check-in, and there is also a pick-up or train service available. All questions can be asked to the butler, who will be very enthusiastic in providing assistance. By the way, their hotel also has a translation machine that can translate languages from dozens of countries, and can basically communicate face-to-face without barriers.
