Xisu Garden is great. The staff are exceptionally helpful and kind. They help us book tour to JDSM and ensure the trip is smooth with the operator. They even help to hold my 9month old baby while we were having breakfast. And we were given free room upgrade as well, which we highly appreciated

The location - our room was just a minute into ancient city and into ZhongYi market. The room - good and spacious and a sliding door to separate living area and bedroom. This is a charming house situated in Lijiang ancient village. We were greeted by Jacky and Jee, the resident goldie. The hosts Jacky were hospitable and helpful with recommendations for food options and arranging our transportation. Jacky even bought us bread which was delicious on the day we checked out as we left for Shangri la early in the morning. The rooms were clean as well as the bed linens and towels. Ah Yee cooked breakfast for us, delicious warm bowl of noodles topped with her homemade chilli oil. We felt safe and at home and this is by far the best accommodation our entire Yunnan trip. Nothing. Everything was perfect

The room was spotless and thoughtfully furnished with many lovely details. The garden was beautifully decorated, featuring comfortable furniture that made it the perfect spot to unwind.     The location was superb as it is located at Lijiang ancient town, which is accessible to anywhere else. It is also worthwhile to take a stroll at night to chill. There were many food stalls around, thus I had many food options to choose from. The staff working there is also very helpful whenever I face problems. Would miss my time there!

    I have never experienced such thoughtful service before. The boss said their hotel offers one-on-one butler service. That's right, you will receive a warm reminder from the hotel a few days before check-in, and there is also a pick-up or train service available. All questions can be asked to the butler, who will be very enthusiastic in providing assistance. By the way, their hotel also has a translation machine that can translate languages from dozens of countries, and can basically communicate face-to-face without barriers. Satisfied!
