Room had two queen size beds which was perfect for a family of four. In addition, the customer service was excellent and offered us late checkout from the normal 2pm (!!) to 3pm.

Excellent hotel. It was the best room I have stayed in my trip through China so far. Self service laundry services for free can be really helpful for those in long trips. The location is also very good. I definitely recommend it! Price is worthy for everything it offers.

I enjoyed staying at Kempinski in Chengdu. Lovely hotel, great spacious, modern and clean rooms. Staff is very friendly and helpful. I was not impressed with swimming pool and spa area but I still would come back here next time. In my opinion it's one of the best hotels in the city alongside The Ritz Carlton and The Temple House.

We had a huge, beautiful room with everything we needed. The WiFi was great, staff very friendly and breakfast selection was good. The location is perfect - close to two metro stations, many food stalls and cafes and 3 malls.
