Our stay at Le Méridien Xi’an was unforgettable, thanks to Hao Lan’s exceptional service. As a birthday surprise for my partner (his first time in China) Hao Lan went above and beyond—offering early check-in and even arranging a delicious complimentary cake that made the celebration extra special. We stayed at the Panorama King Room with River View, very spacious and great value. The Breakfast buffet was exceptional with a wide variety of choices. we enjoyed everything about this hotel. One of the best hotels we stayed at. Staff was extremely helpful and kind. Breakfast was delicious, and we also got to enjoy the complimentary afternoon tea. Staff arranged for us a private ride to the Terracotta warriors museum. Great stay for families. Would definitely stay here again.

Cannot say enough good things about this hotel. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The location was not as close to the metro as I would have hoped, but once I arrived it was very easy to navigate around the city. The room was fantastic, the amenities were great. Very luxurious for a great price. Would definitely stay here again next I visit.
