We are very lucky to have travelled to many countries and of all the hotels we have stayed in, Noah's Forest is by far #1 for us - it is luxurious and relaxing without being pretentious or feeling exclusive only to people of a certain economic status which these days, is incredibly refreshing to see... The hotel, facilities and rooms are of course all beautiful however it was the staff that really made our stay as wonderful as it was. When we arrived, the lady who first checked us in and the gentleman who later helped with all of our queries were so welcoming, friendly and went above and beyond to help us with everything we needed a hand with - they really are world class. Steven & Dylan in the restaurant and bar were both wonderful too. Each of them at their respective jobs, were attentive, friendly and engaging, taking the time to chat to us, offer their suggestions on the hotel, food, drinks and also local area tips. Usually we don't use hotel restaurants but again, they were so welcoming that we loved spending time there. Even the housekeepers, groundskeepers,kitchen and maintenance all took the time to say hello every time we passed and the gentleman who was checking for litter, when we checked out even took the time to show us where the sloth was sleeping and let us use his binocilars to take a look. It's the little things that really do make a big difference. We will be coming back to Costa Rica again in the furure and will absolutely look to come and stay with you again - in a our humble opinion, a masterclass to all others in how a hotel should look, run and feel. Outstanding stay at Amor Arenal. The property exceeded our expectations and was set in beautiful lush gardens. Each casita is completely private and huge with floor to ceiling windows in the shower looking to the volcano (it was completely clouded over the time we were there unfortunately but still was absolutely fantastic). We did the yoga class both mornings we were there with different instructors each day - both fantastic and it was great to do this in the open air covered studio. The pool area and wet bar were an oasis and when the rain stopped we saw lots of hummingbirds, wild turkeys and a boar! The breakfast included was delicious and healthy and we are both nights in the restaurant - also delicious and without fault! Finally the staff were amazing - friendly, attentive and plentiful. Cannot fault this property and experience, we definitely want to come back!

Thermal resort was highlight of our whole stay in CR. It was our second time here, but definitely not last.

The property and its surroundings are amazing. It was truly a great experience for - standalone bungalows give you so much privacy. The nature around it can be observed from the balcony - this was so enjoyable during our morning coffee time. The hotel staff was also so helpful and got us through one transport emergency.

The location is amazing, your own hire car is highly recommended. The resort is a unique nature experience with passionate welcoming staff. The hot springs, river, both restaurants, guided walks were all amazing. Only regret is not staying for 4 nights instead of two.

The property is stunning. Natural beauty everywhere. There are several restaurants on the property and they’re all delicious. The spa treatments are excellent. Rooms are quiet. It’s one of the most relaxing places I have ever stayed. Management and staff are all extremely polite and attentive. Perfect for a couples getaway.
