Nestled on a quiet hillside with stunning ocean views, the setting is serene and feels like a private retreat. The house itself is spacious, thoughtfully designed, and ideal for both families and groups of friends. Every detail has been carefully considered, from the layout to the decor, creating a space that’s both functional and stylish. The concierge service was fast, friendly, and incredibly helpful, making our stay seamless from start to finish. We felt well taken care of the entire time. Great room (1 bedroom) with functional kitchenette. Daily housekeeping was unexpected but welcome. Staff were extremely pleasant. Jessi the concierge was amazing - she helped with everything we needed quickly and efficiently over whatsapp (including arrival details, departure transportation, restaurant and tour recommendations, and even for medical clinic details when my partner had an unexpected urgent need to see a physician). Pool was great. Gym deck was quiet and useful. Everything about Nala was a peaceful retreat from the hectic main road, while remaining a short walk to multiple cafes, restaurants, supermarkets, and access to Carmen beach. We quite enjoyed this retreat for a week and would recommend it to anyone looking for accommodation a bit on the quieter area of Santa Teresa.
