This is the kind of hosting concept that anybody with a practical and efficient mind-set would love. The studio was in great condition, the check-in procedure and all the tips and suggestions via webapp are great and really useful. You get all the necessary daily stuff(in the kitchen, bathroom, living-room and bedroom) + others that bring the experience to another level. It's just great (charger, bags, water bottle, camera, coffee..) The location is as well good, just at the end of the main pedestrian street in Tartu. The sleep quality we got there was as well good. Totally recommended and we'll be repeating when possible somewhere else.

The apartment has everything we are used to seeing at home - equipped kitchen, dishes, towels, dishwasher, and more. You only need to bring your own pajamas and slippers and a washing machine if you come for a long time! 😄 Clean, plenty of space, good heating, large beds. Wonderful sauna and hot tub! Two adults and three kids accommodated with no problem. The owner specially prepared a separate bed for the little baby! Private closed parking lot and location at the center of the city. Only positive impressions!

The location is central and very convenient. All the major attractions are at your doorstep. You are under a minute away from the town square. The Ahhaa Science Centre, aquatic centre and shopping mall are all within walking distance. The sunny side faces a beautiful park with playgrounds and statues. The apartment itself is comfortable with high ceilings, lots of space, modern appliances and a great coffee machine. It was easy to communicate with the host and parking was easy to find and conveniently located.
