The hotel is luxurious and elegant, The general atmosphere is great،the room is spacious and its decorations are beautiful and very clean, the room service is excellent , the restaurants in the hotel are varied I like the food especially the oriental restaurant, the hotel is close to Cairo Festival City Mall, and it has tennis and padel courts, everything was excellent and I especially want to thank Ms. Lina, Director of the Guest Service Department, because she always contacted me to confirm my stay and if I needed anything 🌸

I recently had the pleasure of staying at an apartment hosted by Mr. Fakhr, and I cannot recommend it highly enough. From the moment I arrived, Mr. Fakhr's hospitality was evident. It was clear that great care had been taken to provide a welcoming and cozy environment. The space was modern, clean, and equipped with all the amenities one could need, including a fully stocked kitchen, comfortable furniture, and reliable Wi-Fi. One of the highlights of my stay was the location. The apartment is situated in a convenient area, close to local attractions, dining options, and public transportation. Despite being centrally located, it was wonderfully quiet and peaceful. Mr. Fakhr went above and beyond as a host. Beautiful apartment in a lovely gated complex in New Cairo. If you're looking for a quiet and relaxing stay with family, this is perfect. There are lovely pools, a supermarket, and a restaurant where you can order freshly prepared meals throughout the day. We were here during the Christmas season and it was really beautiful. The best thing about this property is the host! Nothing was too much trouble. You just had to ask, and it was done. Great communication even before arrival and during our stay. We also really appreciated the little welcome touches - a Christmas tree with presents, tea/coffee, and biscuits on arrival, etc. You will be well looked after by Doc Amr and he made our first visit to Cairo a memorable one. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!
