The check-in was amazing, they gave us some champagne for a welcome and the whole check-in was smooth. The rooms are amazing, spacious, the bathroom the bed.. and the bed is the most comfortable bed i have slept in (pillows are very soft and comfortable)! The decorations outside, inside really such a beautiful hotel.

Best experience, best hotel we’ve ever stayed at. Staff was amazing and always went above and beyond. Diego greeted us at 1am on our first night and is a asset to the hotel! Best welcome we could’ve asked for extremely knowledgeable about the island and offered us water. The security guard also lovely and had local information to offer on places to visit. Breakfast is a highlight amazing selection and the lady cooking omelettes does it all with a smile and makes you feel extremely welcome.

Everything was perfect. Excellent service, facilities, equipments and breakfast. The hotel is brand new it’s a pleasure to be in a new facilities. They propose shuttle to go to Adeje were easy to gaze around also.

Very clean and beautiful hotel. The location is really good and you have everything around in a walking distance. The pools and waterpark was great fun for kids. Unlike many other places where either pool is so crowded or no sun bed could be found, here you had them always available, so no rush for those. The breakfast was fine and the restaurant was big and beautiful, so even at busiest time, there were no queues or shortage of space. The cleaning staff were really excellent and efficient, and whenever we went back from breakfast , everything was clean and tidy already. Overall, really great place where you can relax and enjoy. Would recommend it!!

From the second we arrived staff were superb - always a friendly greeting, calm, accommodating! Breakfast was spectacular; astonishing choice in a beautiful room or outdoor terrace with views. Hotel itself was gorgeous, full of secluded areas so even though it was at capacity when we stayed it never seemed crowded. Range of pools, with warm or cold, salt or freshwater. It's also right on the beach (though you wouldn't know, it's so private) and just 10 mins walk from several restaurants in Costa Adeje if you fancy a change.

Fantastic location, clean and modern apartment everything you need for self catering. Lovely welcome basket on arrival, sun loungers , table and chairs outside and fantastic hot tub.     Food: we took half board in Hard Rock Hotel, and it was the best food (breakfast & Dinner) among the rest of the Canary Islands hotels, though other hotels were also 5 stars. They have a great verity, quality food and delicious. Pool: it was warm enough to enjoy swimming in the unexpected cold weather. Room: was spacious with contemporary set up and furniture, but didn't like the idea of the sinks in the room with no partition.
