The location is great, 2 min. away from the Guggenheim museum. The rooms are comfortable and well thought. The interior of the hotel as well as the terrace are wow 🤩 the breakfast was delicious and there is everything you need. We enjoyed our stay, although it was very short.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location couldn’t be better—right in the heart of the shopping street, just steps away from the Old Town, with bars and restaurants literally around the corner. Plus, the Guggenheim Museum is within easy walking distance, making it an ideal spot for exploring the city. The staff welcomed me with warm smiles and were incredibly helpful throughout my stay, always ready to answer questions and accommodate any requests. Their hospitality truly made a difference! If you have the time, I highly recommend visiting the spa—the treatments were absolutely excellent and added an extra touch of relaxation to my trip. Amazing building that has been beautifully renovated. It’s quite a bit out if the city….buy we loved the area a lot as it had much more beautifull villa and houses around it. We quite liked Getxo. Service was amazing! Breakfast at the terrace with sea-view made us feel great in the morning.

Everything about this place was amazing. From the moment we arrived we felt welcome and relaxed. The staff were very lovely, friendly and helpful. The location is stunning and the place is beautifully decorated. We enjoyed the breakfast and dinner. Both of exceptional quality We are so happy we discovered this gem. Would definitely recommend.
