This is the best hotel that provides services that make guests feel comfortable. When I felt lost in the place I wanted to go, he said it was close and accompanied me. Then, the receptionist at that place told me that there was a place I wanted to go next, so please call a taxi. Even though it is a five-star hotel, it is very kind without being pretentious, and I became a fan of this hotel. And I love the city of Jerez! Firstly, it’s a recently opened boutique hotel, and wow they have done a great job. The staff are all an amazingly helpful and proactive. The rooms are kitted out with the most up to date furnishings. Moulton Brown shower gels, very comfortable beds. Situated right next to the Cathedral in Jerez. It is well worth staying here.

The building is an old palace completely renovated with a beautiful design and decoration. The room was large and very nicely decorated. The bed was really comfortable. The bathroom was well designed and had an excellent illumination. Everything was spotless. Breakfast included great variety and excellent quality of items.

Great room and amenities! Very clean and confortable. Above average for the price. Parking available for 15 Euros à night. A few minutes walk to the beach where you can walk along the paseo to the old town and cathedral. Great breakfast with personal attention!

Fantastic boutique hotel - if you want to escape crowds of big hotels and dive into a luxurious hideaway, this place is for you. I had a big quiet room, there were no noises from the main street during the night. All personnel was incredibly welcoming and helpful! The hotel is located just in the heart of the oldtown so reached all places on foot, the main shopping streets are just 50m away. This hotel does not offer parking so parked a car in underground parking called Canalejas near hotel.
