The staff support, politeness and cooperation is outstanding . Additionally the room cleanliness along with the replenishment of items be it at bathroom, coffee section is maintained. The location is superb 👌🏻. I have to say that am a regular customer for NH collection chain and specially in Frankfurt .. this NH collection branch exceeds by far the standards compared to frankfurt ( which is completely deteriorated and getting miserable by years!!) I recommend it becomes the example to follow from staff to support to cleaning to everything !

    Everything is just a bit off and a step (or 2) below 5 stars. The location was only OK. A really good neighborhood (around the corner from the Four Seasons and the JW Marriott), but on a small urine-soaked street with several bars with really loud patrons. The lobby was nice, but not great. The room was nice, but not great - and certainly not worth what we paid for it. The staff was mostly nice, but except for the bellhops (who were great), overall the service was average. The gym was nice. We did not try the food.

    One of the best places that I have stayed during my trip and would definitely be my first choice again in Madrid. Although the building was 350 years old, I have experienced the past with the luxury of today. I would like to thank the staff of Cava Suites for the exceptional service and cooperation as well as the wonderful stay I had in Madrid.
