We had a wonderful time at this large, very clean apartment just a block from the beautiful beach. The kitchen was well equipped, which made it easy to cook meals during our stay. Amanda and Guy were incredibly responsive—any questions we had were answered promptly and handled with care. Juan Les Pins is a fantastic base for exploring the French Riviera, and the train station is only a 5-minute walk away, making day trips to nearby towns super convenient. We would definitely come back and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

amazing location, we came by train from Nice and had 15 min walk from the train station to our hotel. The beach is sandy and nice and has a lot of restaurant options. Cannes old town is very close and the hotel has an amazing garden and heated outside swimming poll and nice gym that I enjoyed even on a rainy day. Our room faced the garden and the Cannes hills and the view was so nice and was very quiet. The Reception staff was amazing and friendly and the Concierge was so nice and they helped us to rent a cute car that was delivered to us right at the hotel at the requested hour.

Beautifully located modern hotel overlooking the very beautiful village of Biot. Attentive, friendly, highly professional staff. There are many very good restaurants in the historic Biot village within walking distance and the concierge is always available to help with reservations. It is possible to order delicious sandwiches, salads, pizzas and drinks to the room. Absolute cleanliness in the room and bathroom, new serviceable equipment. Will definitely be back!

We recently stayed in this wonderful appartement right in the center of Cannes and we have only positive things to say about it. From the start, we were greeted by a very friendly host. His hospitality and responsiveness made out stay truly special. The flat is spacious and the rooms are impeccable and clean. Each room has an AC and double glazed windows. I really like the large dining table in the living room and a fully equipped kitchen, this allows you a lovely stay in when you don’t feel like eating out. There are 3 double bedrooms but also a comfy sofa bed in the living room. The location of the flat is perfect, short walk to the beach and the palais of festivals.
