The best showers we have ever had! The bed was comfortable and the apartment had everything we needed. We cooked and had dinner twice and it was even possible to do that with two more family members staying next-door. The location is wonderful, you can do everything on foot! There is a Sainsbury’s a bit further down the road. I had been worried about noise from outside. We had a room to the front and it was perfectly fine at night. We were woken up by the seagulls having a laughing fit. During the daytime more sounds travel up, so it might depend a little on the time of year. We were there in February, when it grows dark and cold early.

Great decor and atmosphere. The single room was small but had everything you'd but very clean, the mattress comfortable. It's close to the city centre and the station, across the street to the beach, yet it's quiet (I was there on a Saturday night)

This is honestly the best place in Brighton I must stay, close to everything. In city centre and close to the beach, honestly the best when it comes to location. The flat itself is immaculate, the cleanest place I have been, the beds were very comfortable and it has a lovely open plan kitchen with a Smart TV - Netflix which was a must for us. The flat smelt nice and it had all the amenities for any family, couple or solo travellers. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
