We had an amazing experience staying at this hotel with our family! From the moment we arrived, the staff treated us like friends — they met us at the entrance, helped carry our luggage, and even surprised us with a bottle of wine in our room after our walk around Borjomi. The room was spotless, cozy, and perfectly comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and set the perfect start to our day. After check-out, they kindly let us leave our car so we could enjoy a few more hours exploring the town — such a thoughtful touch! Every detail, from cleanliness to friendliness, was perfect. We felt truly welcome and cared for. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Borjomi and can’t wait to come back ourselves!

The hotel itself was super nice, very comfortable beds, super clean lines, super clean room and bathroom. Breakfast was excellent. The pool was also clean. The room was cleaned every morning.
