Exceptional service from the moment we arrived. Aspa welcomed us upon arrival, very friendly and helpful. All staff were smiling and saying hello when they saw us. The rooms were very large and very clean. Breakfast was included in our package and so many choices, you will not be disappointed. We ate in the restaurant one evening and we were very happy, great food and service from staff.

The attentiveness of the entire staff makes the place worthy of a 10. Furthermore, the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms and common facilities continue to exceed expectations. I wouldn't recommend any other accommodation than SantAnna Luxury Suites. A true pleasure!

Absolutely exceptional! Kivotos delivers top-level service that’s truly rare to find. Everything was spotless, elegant, and perfectly organized. The restaurant was outstanding – special thanks to Panos for the incredible dining experience. Huge compliments also to Manager Aris and the wonderful front desk team, Maria and Apostilia – every request was handled immediately, from transfers to reservations.     Location, location, location! The beautiful cliff top views, the spacious luxury suite with our very own veranda and sunbathing area. The staff went out of their way to settle us in and provided us with useful information to make the most of our stay. Of particular help were John and Lola in the restaurant and Maria and Eleni at reception. Thank you all for making this a memorable holiday for us.

    It was beautiful and the service from costa made it that much memorable he greeted is with the most warmest friendliest smile and shook our hands to introduce himself he made us feel like a family and didn’t come across as fake , also george was outstanding costa and george are definitely an asset to cresanto luxury suites because of these 2 fabulous services and genuine and honest approach me and my husband will definitely stay at cresanto luxury suites of we are ever in Santorini again absolutely amazing humans inside and out.

    Very helpful staff, Aspa was amazing, the lady at the breakfast with the red hair I think Diana very attentive, the lady bartender very nice! great location, amazing view even though it was a bit hazy, but the most amazing was the breakfast!! the pastry chef is excellent !! the omelettes are the best omelettes in our life! we have travelled around the world in 5 star luxurious properties and the breakfasts can be awesome but this is definitely the best.
