Needed to book a room at last minute next to the airport as my whole schedule was messed up with the cancellation of many ships due to bad weather conditions. - Great value for money, considering the outrageous prices in Santorini this period of the year - Spacious, clean and comfortable room, with an incredible view to the runway of the airport. Spectacular for those who love plane spotting! - Basic breakfast that had every essential: bread, eggs, cereal, pastries, coffee, juice - Helpful host who patiently waited for my late arrival around midnight to check me in - Soundproof windows, you can sleep without being woken up by the planes who take off and land some 200-300 metres away from your room - 25 minutes on foot away from the airport door to door

The facilities, the room itself, the location, but most importantly all the staff and the hospitality! From the moment we came, we are greeted and welcomed by people that would do everything to make our stay as great as possible. To top it all off, on the last day that we left the hotel to catch a flight early in the morning, we accidentally left our passports inside the safety box in our room. From the airport security (about an hour before the flight) I called the hotel and told the reception about this emergency situation, and after about 15 minutes my passport is delivered to the airport, without me having to pay anything for this! If this does not define the highest level of their hospitality, then I guess nothing else would :)

An Unforgettable Stay at HeyDay – Thanks to Dimitris! We had the most wonderful experience at HeyDay in Santorini, and it was all made even more special thanks to the incredible care and hospitality of Dimitris, the host. From the moment we arrived, he made us feel completely at home. He was always available with helpful tips about what to see and do on the island, arranged taxis and a rental car for us effortlessly, and even offered us a complimentary late check-out when he heard our return flight was scheduled for late in the evening — such a thoughtful gesture! The accommodation itself is serene and beautifully maintained, tucked away in a peaceful location that made it easy to relax and truly enjoy the Santorini atmosphere. The ambiance is calm, intimate, and perfect for a romantic or quiet getaway. Dimitris’ warm personality, genuine care, and attention to detail made our stay unforgettable. We felt truly looked after. If you're planning a trip to Santorini, we can't recommend Heysuites highly enough — and especially Dimitris, who goes above and beyond in every way.

It's absolutely top to have a personal jacuzzi or a pool on these hot days. Cave like rooms are not too hot, we rarely needed to use AC. It's a very quiet district but still there are restaurants within walking distance and you are like in the center of the island, so everything is easily reachable with a car.

    The property is beautiful, it has all the facilities you might need during your trip to Santorini. It’s 5 minutes drive from the airport, very well located if you want to reach the best areas of the Island. Theoni, the property owner, is the kindest person ever. She did everything in order to make our stay comfortable and memorable. Me and my friend both work in luxury hotel industry, but never found such a great service and hospitality.

    I like that the property was small and quaint.. it’s very accessible to the Santorini Airport. I was traveling solo, so it was perfect for me . The manager, Zack, was very informative and accessible. He was quick to respond to my messages any time that I sent him a text. During my stay, my iphone charger broke and he allowed me to use his and even brought it to my room. The hospitality at Hermoso Luxury Suites was wonderful!! I will definitely stay at this property again!!

    I recently stayed at Hermoso Luxury suites and I am beyond impressed with the level of hospitality I experienced. From the moment I arrived, Zach was incredibly welcoming and attentive. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and I was greeted with a warm smile and genuine friendliness. The property is super clean , breakfast was amazing , transportation arranged , my children felt well pampered and cared for during our stay , they can’t wait o go back.
