Have to say that the hotel exceeded my expectations. Unfortunately we were only able to spend one night here but wish it was more. Great views in a large room. Also quite possibly the best hotel gym I have used to date. The pool area is the ideal place to cool off after a day in the Croatian heat. Great sound insulation in the rooms from the street and internal sounds.

Bel residence is a 15 minute stroll to Riva which is where all the tours I took started from, was able to save some money and enjoy walking through the town. I was out a lot but the staff were very friendly when I saw them. And they have these nice little sweets in the reception... The room was clean with a view of the pool and a terrace! I certainly didn't pay enough, I hope to come back again...

Great hotel always have nice surprise, so as we are frequently guests this time upreaded from Superior to Deluxe Sea View room. We really enjoyed coffe and drinks at balcony. Perfectly comfortable beds and linens. Begining of March is quite period, so not crowded hotel and planty of space in wellness.

We were very positively surprised by our stay – what a gem! This hotel concept is the first of its kind in Croatia, and we’re so glad we booked it. From the moment we arrived, everything was seamless. Božo at the reception gave us a warm welcome and was incredibly helpful in planning our itinerary in Split – his local tips made a real difference. The hotel itself is spotless, and the rooms are modern, comfortable, and very well maintained thanks to Damira and her hardworking housekeeping team. Every detail was taken care of. Breakfast, which was included in our stay, was absolutely top-notch. Doris, along with the wonderful students working at the hotel, ensured we were always well looked after. Their kindness, smiles, and professionalism made our mornings a real treat. The location was amazing, close to the Marjan forrest where you can go hiking, cycling, swimming and climbing. In the hotel, you can rent mountain bikes to foster Marjan park. We love the concept of supporting a student-learning hotel, and it truly shows how much heart and effort the team puts into every guest’s experience. Everyone was welcoming and full of genuine hospitality. Hvala, Akademis Fit Split team – we’ll definitely be back soon! Greetings from Buket & Aykut.

    Staff were superb, very helpful and attentive. The spa was absolutely fantastic and the pool on the roof was perfect . Breakfast was exceptional . We had a deluxe room with a sea view , air conditioning was great and plenty of space . We hired a car from airport and parking under hotel was perfect. Will certainly stay again when in Split

    It is from far the best luxury rooms I have been to. I have back problems but the bed was sooo comfortable that I was full of energy in the morning. The rooms decoration is magnificent and all the items (amenities) are very good quality. Suzana, the manager is very thoughtful, she prepared a whole description of what to do in Split. Also she spent a long time giving us tips. She is very adorable and always smiling. This is what I called real 5 stars experience, thank you Suzana:)
