The whole experience in this resort was wonderful. We had a great time staying here. The service was amazing and the staff were exceptionally nice. The resort is located in a very quiet area away from the mad rush of Munnar Town which was amazing. The food was also great from the restaurant and the staff were very friendly and very accommodating with all our requests. If you would like a getaway for a few days with your loved ones in Munnar, I would highly recommend this place.

The staff is amazing, they did everything to make me happy. They offer good excursions, and the area around hotel is picturesque. Breakfast was very good. The view from my window and swimming pool area was breathtaking. Comfy beds and cleanliness.

We absolutely loved staying at Chandys for our first visit to Munnar, it's a beautiful resort in a perfect location, grand and stylish however blended with absolute beauty of nature. We had amazing service the whole time from check-in till check-out and the staff here are so accommodating and lovely. Room was nice & neat, and the food was delicious. My family and I recently had the pleasure of staying at Tall Trees Resort in Munnar, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience. The resort's ambiance is truly special—it feels completely integrated with nature, surrounded by lush, tall trees that create a serene and peaceful atmosphere. The food was a major highlight of our stay. Everything was delicious, and the service was exceptional. We were especially impressed when the head chef personally came to our table to check on us and ask for our feedback on the food. This kind of personal touch made us feel incredibly valued and showed their genuine passion for hospitality. The entire staff was friendly, attentive, and made us feel so welcome. The property is also immaculately maintained, and being so close to nature was a refreshing change of pace. We couldn't have asked for a better place to spend our family vacation. It’s a perfect retreat for anyone looking to unwind and reconnect with nature.
