Everything is exceptionally good, the staff is so friendly and helpful! The spa is simply amazing, and the food is as good as in the best restaurants. I am a picky eater but I always found something to eat so that’s a big plus for me. For someone who travels with a dog, it was important for us that the staff helped us find a dog sitter for the time that we were skiing, which made our vacation much easier.

Amazing room, great design and facilities- the balcony, the shower. Wonderful spa / wellness facilities, plus other facilities like laundry. Tasty breakfast, too. Bus passes provided, and there’s secure parking on site. Ah, and Prosecco and snacks in our room upon arrival. Amazing views! Overall a very thoughtfully and tastefully designed hotel. We also brought a small dog and the hotel provided a blanket and treats.

We loved this hotel. Peaceful and beautiful location, very good breakfast with delicious croissants and clean and comfortable rooms. What makes it exceptional is the Wellness area. The water in outside Whirlpool is very warm, we spent all the evenings soaking there.

    The location is wonderful for exploring the beautiful hiking trails right outside the door - especially if you wish to hike at sunrise, like we did. The room is very large and comfortable and the bath is luxurious. We loved the architecture and having our own balcony overlooking the scenery. The breakfast is also unmatched!

    The hotel’s location is superb with panoramic view of the Alpe di siusi. The deco is clean, modern and artistic. The service were fantastic and all the staff are very helpful. We got an upgrade to a suite which is surprisingly nice. We booked half board and the 4-5 courses dinners are very tasty. The restaurant made great effort to accommodate my son’s allergies and he enjoyed his meals.
