Fantastic location and oozing with history. The staff are so helpful, attentive, warm and friendly. We received a generous upgraded room at check in and were also delivered a welcome gift of fruit and sweet and savoury snacks/treats brought to our room just after we arrived. Our room was so unbelievably comfortable, and maid service was perfection, always on hand to replenish toiletries, mini bar or assist to any request. We asked for plates to be cleared from our room on the first evening and when we returned, much later, our housemaid had performed a full bedtime turndown service for us, placing slippers at each side of the bed, drawing blinds, turning on bedside lamps and our bathroom was fully refreshed. Quisisana truly did welcome us and made us feel at home!! Breakfast was also amazing with a young violinist playing in the background! Excellent choices of foods at breakfast and a great variety of options.

Probably the best hotel in Capri! Great location, super friendly staff, room was new, clean with attention to detail. Housekeeping did an excellent job and were very nice. The host met us at the apartment and showed us the facilities. They were very pleasant and helped with our luggage. Great view from the window. 2 bathrooms and washing machine, for which we were grateful. Washing detergent was provided. The location was excellent with easy walking access to main square. It's in a pedestrian only area and the last part must be walked.
