One of the best hotels we've ever stayed in! The building and the gardens are beautiful, and it's just in front of the lake, which just adds magic to the overall experience. The staff, from the reception, to the restaurant and spa area, they're all amazing. When we arrived, we were offered the opportunity to check the room before settling in and we were offered the upgrade from a junior suite to a bigger suite with a balcony, since we were really hoping to have one. The room (actually, rooms, since we visited the other one as well) was amazing! Very spacious, very modern, clean, and high tech. You can control the blinds and lights from LCD panels, the bathroom is awesome and the bed was so, so comfortable (we slept extremely well!)! The pool was amazing, and the indoor spa also worth a visit (we had a great time there, especially one day, when it rained for hours and we felt like staying at the hotel). And, once again, everything feels new, clean and modern. The breakfast buffet was also very, very good, with different options from the basic buffets you usually find at other hotels; I especially appreciated the fruit, very fresh and well chosen. We were extremely pleased with our stay and we would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying at the Como Lake region. You can hire a boat from the hotel, but there's also the public port nearby if you want to go to Bellagio or Varenna, for example. There are also some restaurants nearby (but not a lot, some are just cafés or bistros with light snacks, but not appropriate for dinner), but you always have the hotel's restaurant if you prefer (we asked for room-service once, and the food was very good). A 5-stars hotel that definitely looks and feels like it. Very well impressed and we would certainly come back! 👌

Everything was perfect, the hotel was beautiful and in a great location (5 mins walk from the center so it was near but not too loud). The room was gorgeous and breakfast was delicious. We particularly loved the spa where we enjoyed the sauna, steam room and salt room, as well as the outdoor heated jacuzzi. It is expensive but worth it!

The location is amazing - right in the heart of Bellagio, just meters from the ferry terminals and within easy walking distance of all major attractions. The apartment is beautiful and feels like a 5-star hotel with high-quality amenities and thoughtful touches, including a welcome gift and a generous supply of coffee pods and tea bags. I was pleasantly surprised to find olive oil, salt and pepper - exactly what I needed to make a simple breakfast to start the day. The bed is exceptionally large and comfortable, with two types of pillows to suit fussy sleepers. The apartment is very clean, and despite being so centrally located, it's remarkably quiet. Francesca is a wonderful host, always quick to respond to any questions. Highly recommended!
