We had an amazing stay! The staff’s 5-star service made us feel incredibly welcome. The room was spacious, spotless, and well-equipped, and the hotel’s authentic Japanese atmosphere was truly special. The onsen was a fantastic experience, perfect for relaxing. The location is excellent—right next to Nara Park, just a 10-minute walk to the station, and surrounded by great food and shops. A huge thank you to the staff for their honesty—we accidentally left an iPad in the room, and they quickly found it for us. Everything about this hotel was exceptional. A perfect blend of comfort, hospitality, and convenience—highly recommended! We wish to come back next time with our parents.

What an experience! From the moment we got there all staff came to greet us. They served us with matcha tea and showed us to our room. The room is really beautiful and has a very cool japanese style look. The onsen was a highlight of the stay. They give you all the info you need to understand the rules to use it, and it’s such a great experience to have. Everything in the hotel was so clean and beautiful, the employees were super polite. A 10/10 experience, would really recommend this.

Everything about this hotel is superb. It's right next to the main Nara station, you got spa area open the whole night with late night ramen and complimentary ice-cream, massage chair. Spa area has three warm pools and one cold, plus sauna. Beds are comfy and soundproofing feels good. Just remember to "open" your windows to be able to pull down curtains. Pyjamas are the best thing ever.

This was the best hotel we lived during our 2 weeks trip to Japan. It was even better than Otany Garden with 5 stars. Room, onsen, location and price were great!
