Reception staff speaks english fluently, the concierge staff also very helpful and professional. They even offers us to store our luggage while we away to Hakone for 5 days and pick it up later. You can enjoy a luxurious Japanese atmosphere. Everything about the hotel is just pure perfection. The Japanese restaurant is simply superb: we tried the sushi counter, the tempura counter and the incredible Japanese breakfast.
