One of my best stays ever was in this beautifully setup and well maintained property. The room size was very big and spacious ( Room - Turtel ) The highlight of my stay was the food served by the chef who makes each and every dish with perfection and as per your requirements. To top on that, we had a beautiful sea view from our balcony and dining area. The place is such a vibe.

Only positive words for this hotel. This hotel is only 7 months old and it exceeded all of our expectations. Room was spacious and we loved the design. They had an amazing pool with a lovely garden view. Staff was extremely helpful, they even made us custom breakfast and let us have a late checkout for free. The hotel manager Sandunmalh was very professional.

We absolutely loved our stay at Ubuntu Beach villas! 💜 Lakmal and the staff looked after us so well and we felt very spoiled. The villas are absolutely stunning and very special, completely beach front! We very much enjoyed that we could use the facilities and amazing restaurant at the Latern villa also. The food is absolutely delicious. We would highly recommend staying at Ubuntu Beach Villas and will definitely be back!!! Thanks so much Lakmal and team for making this such a special and memorable last few days of our Sri Lanken holiday 😀🙏

We had an issue with our previous reservation and the host was so kind to accept our last minute request. We wish we would have found this place earlier as it was so nice, quiet and spotless. The room was very comfortable and had all the needed amenities, including mosquito net and good fan. Strongly recommended!

The photos don't do this place justice, I fell completely in love. The second I walked in and saw the views I was awestruck by the magnificent views, we stayed in Sri Lanka for a month and we spent most of our trip at Villa Vista.     Lovely boutique hotel with superb staff, wonderful pool and relaxing area, awesome rooms with sea view. Good location c 10-15 tuk tuk from Mirissa. Roshan the chef and the whole team were so helpful, sorting out travel and tips and amazing food. Would come again!
