An amazing place to spend time at. There are all the things you need to make your stay wonderful. Very clean and convenient. Villa is equipped with everything you need from kitchen utensils to appliances to bedding. Location is just so breathtaking. Beach is just 100m away from the villa. Super cozy overall. Would highly recommend.

The apartment is pretty spacious and well maintained. The host was very friendly, where we were provided with a free pick up from the negombo town. There are quite a number of good restaurants to try out in the area, and the beach is at a walking distance from the apartment. Overall, the location is very convenient and worth the price. Would surely visit again!!

The accommodation was very cozy and comfortable. The location is very close to the beach and just a short walk to all restaurants and the Main Street. But what made our stay so extraordinary was the wonderful and caring staff, their recommendations and advices regarding our itinerary really helped us planning our vacation. - staff: everybody was super friendly & welcoming. As we were there during low season, the hotel manager Jay had the time to show us the entire Villa and we even got the chance to meet the owner and chat a bit with him which was really nice :) - location: perfect if you want to be close to the airport, either on your way back home or to acclimatise before heading to your amazing trip through Sri Lanka - foot massage: really needed after the many hikes we did over the 3 weeks and it was AMAZING, you should get one! - cats: we aleays love having pets around us :D Everything else! *.* I can't list everything as it was just the perfect way for us to end our trip. I want to mention their workshop though, we visited the girls who created all the beautiful items in the store and bought some of them for family members and friends back home. We also bought a mini tuk tuk version as a memory of our time in Sri Lanka. It was easy to get there with the tuk tuk and you can park it safely! Thank you so much to Jay & everybody for this wonderful experience, it was exactly what we needed and made our amazing trip even more special, we appreciate your work a lot! We will come back for sure when visiting Sri Lanka a second time! :)

It's worth the money. Staff was friendly. The room was clean. Unfortunately, we were there for only one night and were not able to take full advantage of their restaurant/bar/coffee shop. The pool area is pleasant for a night walk, and the gym has sufficient space and equipment to get a good workout in. We will be staying here on a future trip to the Colombo NCR area.

Very very spacious, quiet location in a residential neighbourhood. Beach is about 400m, easy walkable. On the beach strip there is enough restaurants, small shops, etc. Everything worked flawlessly in each room - ventilator, A/C ... Each room had attached bathroom with functional warm water and enough water preassure. Very nice helper boy who took care about cleaning, trash etc. Also good washing machine and what I liked most - there is an internet by a cable - about 80Mb/s which is great if you need to do some work. Also kitchen was satisfactory - cooker, toaster, mixer, ricemaker, fridge with freezer, utensils etc. Owner easilly reachable by a message or by a phone. Would return anyday.

We booked the one-bedroom suite with a pool, and it was absolutely fantastic. The resort itself is exceptionally nice, with very friendly staff. The food was outstanding. The kids' pool and play area felt like an exclusive waterpark, which had my kids going wild. All in all its become my favourite place to relax in the Negombo area.

Uga Riva is exquisite. A beautifully presented immaculate Sri Lankan boutique hotel with luxurious rooms, wonderful pool and beautiful gardens. Food is prepared to order by the chef and is delicious. The whole team working at the hotel made our stay the best we’ve had in our two trips to Sri Lanka. If you’re arriving at Colombo international airport and need a local stay please book in here (less than half an hour by taxi) but be warned- you may not want to leave….
