Woow , i don’t even know where to begin, this Hotel will make your vacation worthy. We felt like home, the service is out of this world! Its beauty is way more than perfect in real than on picture! I loved to be here , and i will come by anytime given a chance. Thank you so much guys for everything! They even tuck you in for Bed, they are ready to help you with anything. I cannot express how amazing this place truly is. It is a magical oasis set in the beautiful Tulum jungle. We stayed in a room with our own pool and I highly recommend. It was the perfect place to come and chill out for our last 3 nights of our holiday by relaxing by the pool, doing some meditation (offered by the accommodation) and enjoying the sunshine. The restaraunt is amazing, BEST guacamole we've ever eaten and the most incredible Cocktails menu! I really wanted somewhere to eat authentic mexican food and that is exactly what we got. You can also borrow bikes from the accommodation and bike to nearby Cenote's. We visited 2x different ones in one day, super close and beautiful to experience!

Could not recommend this place enough for a truly one of a kind experience. The grounds of the hotel are magnificent with stunning waters and amenities. The best thing about the hacienda is the little touches, water and coffee left all around the property as well as towels and even suncream. Paddle boards and kayaks available for anyone to use. Breakfast is fantastic and cooked fresh to order. Lunch and dinner fantastic also, the chefs cook excellent food. Gonzalo, the activities coordinator deserves a separate review entirely so we can fit all the positives in. His cave and bike tours are a must do for any guests staying, he is so enthusiastic and passionate about the area which made the activities even more enjoyable. Side note: some reviews complain about cost of taxis which is correct for the entire area, hence why myself and my husband chose to make use of the collectivos which are the local buses which run consistently from directly outside the property straight to tulum and to playa del carmen. They cost only 25 pesos for a journey per person and we never had to wait longer than 5 minutes for one to pass by.

We stayed here during our honeymoon after getting married in the Riviera Maya nearby. It was a lovely hotel and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The hotel itself is stunning, and the rooftop bar and pool has a great view out to the city.

Everything was great! I stayed in a tipi and it was a great experience. I would definitely recommend it! Everything was clean and neat. No problems with hot water or airco. Both worked well. The tipi has no bathroom, but that was not a problem for me. The tipi does have a sink and even a hairdryer. Location was perfect in centro, nearby restaurants and supermarkets and about 15 minutes walk to ADO. The staff were very friendly and helpfull.

Casa Teka was fantastic, staff is super friendly and helpful. The hotel is beautiful, rooms are big and cosy! Best of all is their beautiful own Cenote, so you can sometimes enjoy a quite and relaxing day.

Having visited Tulum 20 years ago I was very happy to discover La Veleta … Tulum has become over developed, a party centre and has lost the style I remember so be well .. should you want to explore the area I could not recommend this charming boutique hotel more .. It has 9 rooms, is in a quiet area within 200 yards of some excellent bars and restaurants who are fortunately not all screaming out a disco beat and delightful staff. Breakfast can be taken at a café opposite which has an excellent menu at minimal cost. It’s within 10 minutes drive of the ‘hotel district’ and the beaches, free parking is available and the area is very civilised. Any construction that was mentioned in earlier reviews that may have taken place in the environs would appear to have ended earlier this year - review Dec 2024 I spent a delightful few days here 🤩

Amazing boutique hotel, staff were incredible the whole time. The rooms with a pool on the balcony were wonderful. Breakfast each day was delicious, we could have it in the restaurant beside the beach or brought to our rooms- a lovely touch! The pool and beach lounges are stunning too. It’s the most lovely stay we’ve had! Would love to visit again.
