New hotel, everything was clean, SPA was a little bit small but nothing to complain about. The playroom for children was big and safe. Breakfast was good and tasty. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Exceptional room, one of the best that we have stayed in. It was very cozy and felt like home, had all amenities like microwave, stove, etc. Really felt out of the world. Location was great, a 5-7 minute walk down to the center, had a supermarket nearby and ample parking spaces. Balcony and the view from it was great. Breakfast was decent, had limited options but did the work. Silent surroundings, very peaceful. Overall worth staying here to experience Zlatibor.

We stayed here in the beginning of June and loved everything about it. The breakfast was a la carte and delicious. The spa was also great and what we needed after a day out. Luxurious new hotel with a strong emphasis on excellent service. If it’s not a 5 star hotel it should be. The moment you arrive in their underground parking garage you are taken care of. From the welcome drink at check in ( haven’t had one of those for years!!) to the absolutely delicious evening meal and the smooth departure. Everything is very polished and of a high standard. The staff are very friendly, extremely competent and are clearly well trained as it’s across the whole hotel. The spa facilities are superb. There wasn’t anything we could fault!
