Amazing, cozy place in a faboulous location. The apartment had everything we needed and more :) The compliementary tea in the room was absolutely delicious. Super nice and helpful staff. I left something in the room and they arranged to send it to me by post to my next accommodation at no charge. Thank you Residence Soca team!

Everything was great. The apartment was huge and had absolutely everything you could need. All so tidy and clean. The balcony was wonderful and so quiet, with fabulous views. Our host was so helpful and kind. It is a lovely area, with plenty of walks without moving your car.

Immaculate, clean, and comfortable with everything we needed. Not in the middle of a town but 10 min drive away from a large supermarket, close to all the places to visit, large BBQ area facing the mountain, perfect for a family of 4. Nick was wonderful host, even took care of getting payment for our parking ticket sorted and had Easter bunny chocolates and napkins...nice touch!

A lovely modern, well equipped house close to the Soca river & lake. A short 15 minute walk to a bar and restaurant, about 1hr walk to Tolmin. 40 minute walk along a flat cycle path to the bridge at the entrance to Punk Rock Holiday festival site.

    The location is outstanding, very close to the Isonzo / Soča, bars and historic sites. The host was very communicative and a great help throughout our stay. Host also provided some excellent recommendations to make the most of our time with the beautiful walks in the area. Bed was extremely comfortable. Facilities are excellent.

    We stayed in a beautiful 'pod' which was absolute luxury. Real beautiful and thoughtful touches. Very spacious and even had an outdoor area too. Restaurants and bars were a 5 minute walk but had some lovely food recommended by the host. The host was so lovely and kind and really made us feel comfortable.

    We stayed in the apartment lodge in the garden. It was gorgeous, the thought that has gone into the little details in the surrounding gardens and decor is impeccable. The furnishings are luxurious and the host is fantastic. He gave us details of where we could get gorgeous local food to cook in their outdoor kitchen which is also fabulous. The only thing we regret is not staying a second night. Ideal for a couple.
