The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming, especially Clayton and Sam. Access to the beach was superb as well as the view from our our two bedroom unit. The entire facility is well-maintained and clean. It was very quiet and peaceful as well and the location was excellent for walking to all amenities. I would definitely consider staying there again when I return to Providenciales in the future.

Location was great. Food, service(especially housekeeping), accessibility, the not so crowded beach, and the view from the beach were top notch. Plenty of restaurants with different menus and different tastes. Nothing sketchy about it. My wife and I felt safe at all times.

Awesome resort!!!! The view and beach is PHENOMENAL!!! Pelican Bay Restaraunt has a happening Happy Hour and the food is always delicious!!! I’ll definitely be back to stay again!

Fantastic accommodation - units are much bigger than on Booking.com pictures. Very spacious, have all the commodities - washer, dryer, fully equipped kitchen, nets on balcony for mosquitos etc. Beach, pool, tennis courts and grounds are kept immaculate. Always a lot of loungers on the beach, we never had a problem finding one. Even though facility does not have a restaurant, food/drink can be easily ordered from the neighboring restaurant and their staff walk the beach asking for orders and bring them to you. Rooms are cleaned daily - we even had to ask to come every second day as it was very thorough and we kept the unit tidy in between. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. We had European credit cards, which always require PIN for transactions on the island so staff had to chase us for some reservations due to that - perhaps more "contact" with them than we wanted, but it was out of our control.
